My Approach

I deeply understand the pain and challenge of leaving behind what is familiar — family, culture, and emotional support systems. As an expat and immigrant myself, I know that finding a place where you feel truly heard, validated, and supported can be lonely and overwhelming at times.

That’s why at The Being Lab, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your feelings, fears, and hopes. My approach is deeply compassionate and personalized, integrating body, mind, and soul to accompany you through this process of adaptation, grieving, and growth.

I use tools like art therapy, yoga, and Compassionate Inquiry® to help you connect with your inner truth, bodily sensations, and find genuine meaning in your migration journey. Because I believe it’s not only about surviving but truly flourishing in a new place.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is a path of expression and self-knowledge that allows us to give shape to what words cannot express. Through the creative process, people can recognize, transform, and release emotions in a safe and supportive space. No experience in art is necessary—what matters is not the technique, but the authenticity of the process and what emerges when creating.
Art thus becomes a language of the soul, a way to reconnect with oneself, cultivate inner calm, and open spaces for healing and clarity.

Yoga

The body holds memories; listening to it is the beginning of healing.

Compassion and Inquiry

Compassionate Inquiry is a therapeutic approach developed to access the roots of emotional suffering through mindful presence and authentic connection. Each session is uniquely tailored to the individual, creating a safe space where they can explore their inner experience with openness and respect. During the process, the therapist accompanies the client in reconnecting with their body, their sensations, and their inner truth, cultivating a state of calm, clarity, and self-compassion. Through delicate and profound questions, the emotional story behind the symptoms, behaviors, or patterns of pain is revealed. Compassionate Inquiry invites us to look with curiosity, tenderness, and without judgment, allowing a deeper understanding of oneself to emerge and thus facilitating the path to
healing and emotional integration.

“When the body speaks, it transforms into words… and that becomes liberation.”

Who Is This For

My integrative and humanistic approach is designed for people who are seeking understanding, healing, and transformation through a compassionate and body-centered process.

For those on a path of self-discovery or life transition

  • Individuals who wish to reconnect with themselves, their body, or their sense of purpose.
  • Those experiencing disconnection, emptiness, or a loss of direction.
  • People navigating life changes such as grief, motherhood, migration, separation, or career transitions.

For those healing emotional wounds or trauma

  • People who have experienced trauma and are looking for a gentle, body-based approach to healing.
  • Those who understand their story intellectually but struggle to feel or integrate it emotionally.
  • Individuals who feel stuck, easily triggered, or find it hard to trust or connect with others.

For those with psychological symptoms or previous diagnoses

  • People who have tried conventional therapy but feel it hasn’t gone deep enough, or who need a more holistic and embodied approach.
  • Individuals living with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, psychosomatic symptoms, eating disorders, or dissociation, who are seeking support that includes both mind and body awareness.
  • Highly sensitive individuals (HSPs), or those who tend toward perfectionism, overcontrol, or self-demand.

For creative and sensitive souls

  • Those who feel drawn to art, movement, or creativity as natural ways to heal and express themselves.
  • People who seek a more experiential process—one that moves beyond words and integrates emotional, sensory, and intuitive dimensions.

Ultimately

  • This work is for anyone who longs to be seen, heard, and accompanied without judgment—within a safe, compassionate, and authentic therapeutic space where healing can unfold naturally.
